THIS ORGANIZATION WILL ENSURE THAT CLIENTS RECEIVE THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL of DRUG/ALCOHOL TREATMENT, WHILE EFFICIENTLY UTILIZING VARIOUS FUNDING SOURCES to HELP ELIMINATE FINANCIAL IMPEDIMENTS for THE CLIENT WHO is SEEKING DRUG/ALCOHOL TREATMENT. THE CASE MANAGEMENT UNIT WILL LINK CLIENTS to APPROPRIATE TREATMENT and SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. OUR PRIMARY GOAL is to BE CULTURALLY COMPETENT IN ASSISTING CLIENTS to ASSUME A LIFE LONG PLAN of RECOVERY THAT is SUITABLE to HIS/HER INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, and to HELP MAINTAIN A NETWORK of TREATMENT and PREVENTION OPPORTUNITIES THAT WILL PROVIDE A SEAMLESS SYSTEM of SERVICES to THE COMMUNITY.
