VARIOUS CARNIVAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE CONTESTS, EVENTS, SHOWS, OUTINGS, ACTIVITIES and MEETINGS. THE CARNIVAL SEEKS to FOSTER A FESTIVAL-TYPE ATMOSPHERE IN ORDER to ATTRACT RESIDENTS and NON-RESIDENTS to THE AREA.
