THIS is ACCOMPLISHED BY BEING CLIENT and FAMILY CENTERED, NEEDS DRIVEN, STRENGTH BASED and FLEXIBLE. THE WRAPAROUND TEAM SUPPORTS FOSTER CHILDREN and FAMILIES THROUGH CULTURALLY RELEVANT, INDIVIDUALIZED, COMMUNITY BASED PLANS.
