THE CENTRAL MISSION of THE WOLFEBORO AREA RECREATION ASSOCIATION (THE NICK) is to PROVIDE RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES for BOTH CHILDREN and ADULTS THAT ENHANCE THE QUALITY of LIFE, AS WELL AS INCORPORATE and SUPPORT COMMUNITY VALUES. AT THE DISCRETION of THE BOARD of DIRECTORS (THE "BOARD or "THE DIRECTORS") THE FACILITIES MAY BE USED for COMMUNITY EVENTS THAT ARE OUTSIDE THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE and MISSION of THE ORGANIZATION, PROVIDED THAT SUCH USE DOES NOT JEOPARDIZE THE 501(C)(3) STATUS of THE NICK.
