AT THESE FUNCTIONS WE HAD MAPLE DEMONSTRATIONS, EXPLAINED HOW WE MAKE MAPLE SYRUP and OTHER PRODUCTS and USES for MAPLE SYRUP. IN ADDITION to EDUCATING THE PUBLIC THE MANY USES of MAPLE SYRUP, THE MONEYS RAISED AT THESE ACTIVITIES HAS BEEN SPENT THIS YEAR to EDUCATE PEOPLE. WE HAVE GIVEN OUT SCHOLARSHIPS to HELP SUPPORT STUDENTS GOING to COLLEGE THAT WE FEEL CAN BETTER or SUPPORT THE MAPLE INDUSTRY, GIVEN MONEY to OTHER ORGANIZATION for THE USE of THERE HALLS or CHURCH for OUR COUNTY MEETINGS and OTHER MEETINGS . WE HAVE ALSO GIVEN MONEY to COVER GAS EXPENSES to THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of VERMONT MAPLE SUGAR MAKER ASSOCIATION for HER ROLE IN GOING AROUND THE STATE to EDUCATE PEOPLE ABOUT MAPLE. IN ADDITION WE GIVE MONEY to FORMER VT DEPT. of AGRICULTURE MAPLE SPECIALIST to COVER HIS GAS EXPENSES to JUDGE MAPLE SYRUP AT FAIR EVENT and THE M
