EACH MEMBER, EXLUDING THE AFFILIATE INSTITUTION, is REPRESENTED ON THE BOARD of DIRECTORS BY THE CHIEF LIBRARIAN of ITS PRINCIPAL LIBRARY. BLC EMPOWERS A COLLATION of LIBRARIES to SHARE KNOWLEDGE, INFRASTRUCTURE, and RESOURCES AT SCALE.
