DEVELOPED, PRODUCED, OR DISTRIBUTED IN PRINT, BRAILLE, AND/OR RECORDED MEDIA MATERIALS RELATING TO BLINDNESS. PROVIDED INFORMATION TO INDIVIDUALS, EMPLOYERS, GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH WRITTEN, TELEPHONE, PERSONAL, AND MEDIA CONTACTS.
