IN ADDITION, THE MINISTRY PROVIDES RECOVERY SUPPORT and OTHER LIFE SKILLS to ENABLE THE PARTICIPANTS to RETURN to THE COMMUNITY or FAMILY MEMBERS. THE PROGRAM WILL ALSO PROVIDE RELIGIOUS STUDIES and ACTIVITIES to HELP THEM SEE THEMSELVES THROUGH GODS EYES. OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS, REV. VENNIE TALLEY HAS APPROACHED LOCAL CHURCHES, BUSINESSES, and INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS to EXPLAIN THE PURPOSE of THE MINISTRY. SHE HAS OBTAINED SPONSORSHIPS and REFERRALS THROUGH THESE SOURCES. THE MINISTRY WAS INCORPORATED ON FEBRUARY 28TH, 2003, and BEGAN ITS OPERATIONS WITH THE OPENING of ITS WOMENS SHELTER IN MARCH of 2003.
