AS DESCRIBED IN PART III, LINE 3, THE EXPECTED DATE of DISSOLUTION is JANUARY 2, 2026. FURTHER, THE OPERATIONS of THE COMMITTEE HAVE BEEN AMENDED SUCH THAT THE COMMITTEE WILL ONLY ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES RELATED to THE WIND-DOWN of THE COMMITTEE UNTIL DISSOLUTION.
