OUR MAIN PURPOSES ARE to PLAN, COORDINATE and INTEGRATE THE VOLUNTARY OPERATED SERVICES to THIS POPULATION IN THE METROPOLITAN AREA and to PROMOTE BOTH PRIVATE and PUBLIC POLICIES and PROGRAM IN FURTHERANCE of THE WELFARE of THIS POPULATION.
