THE ORGANIZATION HELD 83 FULL (16-22 HOURS) WORKSHOPS IN 2024 WITH 1,200PARTICIPANTS COMPLETING. 67 of THOSE WORKSHOPS WERE HELD INSIDE 16 NYS PRISONS,ONE FEDERAL PRISON and TWO COUNTY JAILS. AN ADDITIONAL 17 SHORT (12 HOUR) WORKSHOPS WERE HELD INSIDE STATE PRISONS WITH 205 PARTICIPANTS COMPLETING. 104 NEW APPRENTICE FACILITATORS WERE TRAINED INSIDE NYS PRISONS. 135 INCARCERATED FACILITATORS and 45 FACILITATORS FROM OUTSIDE THE WALLS PUT ON THESE WORKSHOPS. 10 FULL WORKSHOPS WERE HELD IN COMMUNITY SETTINGS WITH 79 ADULTS and 7 TEENS PARTICIPATING. TWO SHORT WORKSHOPS and 80 MINI (2-4 HOUR) WORKSHOPS SAW 103 ADULTS and 35 TEENS PARTICIPATING. 24 NEW APPRENTICE FACILITATORS WERE TRAINED. 36 FACILITATORS MADE THESE WORKSHOPS HAPPEN. THREE FACILITATOR DAYS WERE HELD IN THE COMMUNITY WITH 56 FACILITATORS. THE ORGANIZATIONS LANDING STRIP IN ROCHESTER CONTINUED to MEET TWICE A MONTH and A SECOND LANDING STRIP BEGAN MEETING MONTHLY IN BROOKLYN. LANDING STRIPS OFFER A WELCOMING HAND to AVPERS C
