THE ORGANIZATION ALSO DEVELOPS and OPERATES AN EXPANDING PORTFOLIO of PERMANENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING for LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS and FAMILIES. APPROXIMATELY HALF of THESE UNITS INCLUDE ON-SITE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES for RESIDENTS WITH COMPLEX HEALTH and SOCIAL NEEDS, PROVIDING A FOUNDATION for LONG-TERM STABILITY.
