THEY WERE GIVEN HELP FINDING JOBS and HOUSING, and THOSE WHO WISHED to CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION WERE PROVIDED WITH GRANTS to HELP THEM WITH THEIR EDUCATION NEEDS.
