SUBSEQUENTLY THE ORGANIZATION HAS SATISFIED SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF ITS LIABILITIES AND CONTINUES TO EVALUATE APPROPRIATE STEPS TOWARD OFFICALLY DISSOLVING THE ORGANIZATION.
