THE TRUSTS PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE (1) to ELECT THE BOARD of PPIC and OTHERWISE EXERCISE VOTING RIGHTS AS PPICS SOLE STOCKHOLDER, (2) to DISTRIBUTE AMOUNTS RECEIVED UPON THE ISSUANCE of A DIVIDEND or UPON THE LIQUIDATION and DISSOLUTION of PPIC, and (3) to REPORT ANNUALLY to THE TRUSTS BENEFICIARIES ABOUT THE FOREGOING.
