AT A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS ON DEC 17, 2020 IT WAS RESOLVED THAT ADIRONDACK HEALTH SERVICES RELINQUISH ITS MEMBERSHIP INTEREST IN GLENS FALLS HOSPITAL FOUNDATION, AND TERMINATE AS THE SOLE MEMBER OF GLENS FALLS HOSPITAL FOUNDATION. THIS RESOLUTION WAS APPROVED BY THE ALBANY MEDICAL CENTER BOARD ON MARCH 3, 2021.
