THE CLUB HOUSE is AVAILABLE for SOCIAL GATHERINGS of MEMBERS and EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS SPONSORED BY THE CLUB for THE BENEFIT of ITS MEMBERS. THE CLUBHOUSE is MAINTAINED and OPERATED BY MEMBERS of THE CLUB. 3.
