THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IRRESPECTIVE of AGE, COLOR, CREED, DISABILITY, MARITAL STATUS, GENDER, NATIONAL ORIGIN, ARREST/CONVICTION RECORD, or ABILITY to PAY. ALL SERVICES STRIVE to EMPOWER EVERY INDIVIDUAL and FAMILY to ACHIEVE THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL of FUNCTIONING.
