What they do
Middleville Free Library is A Public Library Chartered to Serve The Village of Middleville. Our Biggest Program This Year Was The Summer Reading Program That Was Developed to Increase Attendance, Particularly Children to Try to Draw People Into Our Library Which Has Been Dealing With Decreased Attendance and Usage. We Believe This is Attributed to The Fact That Everyone is Able to Get Their Materials and Information Directly From The Internet Themselves. So This Year The Summer Reading Program Was Developed to Draw People In With Local Authors Book Signings, Increased Daily Crafting Groups In Which The Library Provided All Materials to Attendees Free of Charge. We Also Offered Tutoring for Free of Charge to Parents and Children to Help With Their Education and Studies. We Offered Weekly Reading Groups. This Year Was Our Most Productive and Attended That We Have Ever Seen.
