IT SEEKS TO IMPROVE THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE CREATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, EMPLOYMENT, WELLNESS AND HIGHER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES. IT SEEKS TO SERVE AS AN INTEGRATOR OF SERVICES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY PARTNERING RATHER THAN COMPETING WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN THE COMMUNITY.
