THE ORGANIZATION HELD 26 PACKAGING SESSIONS SUPPORTED BY 2,818 VOLUNTEERS, ASSEMBLING NUTRITIOUS OATMEAL MEALS AS WELL AS ITS SIGNATURE RICE-BASED MEAL PACKETS MADE WITH SOY, DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES, VITAMINS, and MINERALS. A HIGHLIGHT of THE YEAR WAS THE FLAGSHIP NOVEMBER PACKAGING EVENT, WHERE ALL 142,000 MEALS PREPARED THAT DAY WERE DISTRIBUTED WITHIN MINNESOTA, UNDERSCORING THE ORGANIZATIONS GROWING FOCUS ON MEETING NEEDS CLOSE to HOME. AT THE SAME TIME, KIDS FIGHTING HUNGER CONTINUED ITS INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIP WITH FOOD for KIDZ, HELPING EXTEND LIFE-SUSTAINING FOOD RELIEF to COMMUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD and CONTRIBUTING to THE 3 MILLION MEALS DISTRIBUTED GLOBALLY BY THAT ORGANIZATION.
