KOTA HAS DIVIDED THE STATE INTO 4 DISTRICTS WITH DISTRICT CHAIRS PROVIDING MEETINGS THEOUGHOUT THE YEAR AT NO COST to MEMBERS THAT PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES to PARTICIPANTS and MEMBERS. ATTENDANCE AT EACH MEETING VARIES.
