The Rockwall ISD Education Foundations Primary Exempt Purpose is for The Educational Enhancement of The Students of Rockwall ISD. The Foundation Awards Grants to Educators In The School District to Fund Various Education Activities Not Normally Funded By The School Districts Regular Operating Budget. Additionally, The Foundation Provides Grants to Educators Who Are New to The School District and New to The Teaching Profession. The Foundation Also Periodically Makes Designated Scholarship Grants to Students of The School District.
