STRENGTHENING THE COALITION: -EARLY ON, FORMED A JOINT MUNICIPAL UTILITY COMMISSION to IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT. EDUCATION ON WATER SUPPLY CHALLENGES and SOLUTIONS: - DEVELOPED and HAVE GIVEN NUMEROUS COMPREHENSIVE FORMAL PRESENTATIONS to EDUCATE ALL STAKEHOLDERS ABOUT WATER SUPPLY ISSUES, and to FACILITATE THE SHARING of INFORMATION ABOUT WATER ISSUES.
