In May 2016, The Board of Directors Resolved to Dissolve San Diego Hall of Champions Foundation. Effective June 30, 2016, San Diego Hall of Champions Foundation Was Dissolved and All Assets and Liabilities Were Transferred to San Diego Hall of Champions.
