THE THIRD DCA HISTORICAL SOCIETY SUPPORTS and HONORS THE EFFORTS of THE MEMBERS of THE JUDICIARY WHO HAVE SERVED ON THE THIRD DISTRICT COURT of APPEAL. WE PARTICIPATE IN HOSTING CHANGING of THE GAVEL CEREMONIES, INVESTITURES of NEWLY APPOINTED APPELLATE JUDGES, and HOLD A BIENNIAL LUNCHEON WITH THE JUDGES and MEMBERS of THE APPELLATE BAR. WE ALSO PROVIDE IN MEMORIAM DONATIONS for JUDGES WHO HAVE SERVED ON THE COURT and PASSED AWAY.
