THE ALLIANCE is A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT PROMOTES COMMUNITY OUTREACH, ORGANIZES EDUCATIONAL and INTERPRETIVE PROGRAMS, UNDERTAKES HABITAT CONSERVATION and ADVOCACY for THE REFUGE, COORDINATES VOLUNTEERS, ORGANIZES SPECIAL EVENTS, and HELPS WITH FUNDRAISING.
