WE OPERATED A STATEWIDE PROGRAM OFFICE FOR NLECTC-AK THAT PROVIDED TOLL FREE TELEPHONE SUPPORT DURING BUSINESS HOURS, SPONSORSHIP OF TWO STATEWIDE TRAINING CONFERENCES, REPRESENTATION OF ALASKA AGENCIES NATIONALLY THROUGH THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE, EVENTS/INCIDENTS/DEVELOPMENTS THAT AFFECT THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, AND SEVERAL REGIONAL TRAINING CONFERENCES ON USE OF SPECIFIC TECHNOLOGY SUPPORTING THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.
