PROMOTE THE CONSTRUCTION of A SPECIAL NEEDS FACILITY THAT MEET THE UNIQUE NEEDS of MIRACLE LEAGUE PLAYER, THEIR FMILITES and FRIENDS. for THE LAST THREE YEARS THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN PATIENTLY WAITING for THE CITY of ALAMEDA to DECIDE HOW to REDEVLOP THE NAVAL BASE THAT WAS CLOSED ON THE ISLAND. THE CITY of ALAMEDA DECIDED NOT to MEET THE ORGAINIZATIONS GOALS, SO THE DIRECTORS and OFFICES DECIDED to DISLOVE THE ORGAINIZATION and WILL FILE ALL THE APPROPRIATE PAPERS WITH THE CALIFORNIA ATTONEY GENERAL and THE CALIFORNIA SECREATARY of STATE. THE FINAL RETURN WILL BE FILED for THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2017 ONCE ALL THE APPROVALS ARE RECEIVED.
