NPHI HAS ENTERED INTO AGREEMENTS WITH NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WITH RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, and CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING of SECTION 501(C)(3) THAT HAVE DEMONSTRATED AN ABILITY to MANAGE HOMES and EFFECTIVELY CARE for CHILDREN IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES. UNDER ITS AFFILIATION AGREEMENTS, NPHI USA SERVES AS THE CENTRAL REPOSITORY for ADMINISTERING and DISTRIBUTING FUNDS to THE AFFILIATES IN THE OPERATION of THE HOMES. IN ADDITION, NPHI USA WILL PARTICIPATE IN EDUCATING, TRAINING, and GUIDING THE HOMES IN THEIR CARE for CHILDREN and IN TRAINING and GUIDING THE HOMES IN THE PROPER ORGANIZATION, MANAGEMENT, and CARE for THE CHILDREN.
