The General Purpose of The Organization is to Increase Voter Registration and Voter Turnout In New York City. All of The Organizations Activities Will Be Conducted On A Non-partisan Basis Which Will Not Violate The Prohibition On Political Activity of The Internal Revenue Code and Will Comply With The Requirements of Revenue Ruling 78-248, Revenue Ruling 80-282 and All Similar Directives From The Internal Revenue Service. The Organization Will Focus Its Activities On Groups That Have Been Traditionally Underrepresented In The Voting Process and Will Aim to Significantly Increase Registration and Voting of Ethnic Groups.
