The Townsend-Ashby Youth Soccer Association (TAYSA) is A Non-profit Organization Run Completely By Volunteers, Encouraging Kids Ages 3 Through 19 to Participate In Organized Youth Soccer. TAYSA Runs Two Seasons Each Year; One In The Fall and One In The Spring, Bringing Hundreds of Kids and Their Families Together Each Season. Goals of The Organization Include: (1) Improving The Fitness, Confidence, Initiative, and Participation of All Players; (2) Developing Players At All Levels of Play (recreational and Travel) By Enhancing Their Skills, Understanding of Teamwork, and Sportsmanship; (3) Promoting A Positive and Enthusiastic Sporting Environment for Youth Participants and Parents; (4) Developing Coaches Through A Quality Instructional Program; and (5) Continually Advocating for Improved and Incremental Playing/practice Fields Throughout The Town.
