THE PRINCIPLES of CULTURAL COMPETENCY, RECOVERY, RESILIENCY, WELLNESS, COMMUNITY INTEGRATION and STRENGTHS-BASED PLANNING SERVICE AS A STRONG FOUNDATION for OUR WORK. THE VISION is THAT STREGTHENED COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS WILL FURTHER DEVELOP RESOURCES THAT SUPPORT YOUTH and FAMILIES. COMMUNITIES WILL IMPROVE THE SAFETY, PERMANENCY and WELL-BEING OUTCOMES for YOUTH and FAMILIES.
