IN THE EVENT THE WACHUSETT REGIONAL SCHOOL STUDENT MUSIC FUND is UNWILLING, UNABLE, or INELLIGIBLE to RECEIVE THE ASSETS, THEY WILL BE DISTRIBUTED to ONE or MORE ORGANIZATIONS EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) of THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
