Harmony Education and Life Partners Provides A Safe, Educational and Nurturing Enviornment for Children of Irvington and Surrounding Towns. In Addition to Providing Traditional Childcare, After School Programs and Summer Camps From 6am to 6pm, We Help Parents Maintain Employment By Ensuring Their Children Have A Safe Place to Go From 6pm Until Midnight. We Offer Classes to Help Parents Learn How to Support Their Childrens Learning, Develop Positive Relatinships, Manage Finances and More. We Work With Churches and Community Organizations to Get Needy Families Food, Healthcare and Clothing. We Teach Children About Healthy Eating Through Our Edible Garden Program. And, We Work With Partner Organizations to Promote Political Support for An Increase In The NJ State Childcare Subsidy, Which is The Primary Government Funding Mechanism for Child Care for Low Income Families. We Are Different From Other Providers In That We Focus On Nurturing The Emotional Health As Well As The Physical Health
Should I give to this charity?
This record may have an IRS status problem. Do not give until you verify it.
Plain answer: A tax form cannot prove that a charity is doing good. It can show how the charity says it spent its money—and point out questions you should ask.

Money made simple
Ask these three easy questions
- Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
- What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
- Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.
Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
Financial picture
A plain-language look at the latest Form 990 figures available. These numbers help you ask better questions; they do not, by themselves, rate whether a charity is good or bad.
How each $100 of revenue was used
The large number compares each expense with revenue. The smaller number shows its share of total expenses.
Expenses were greater than revenue, so the colored ring fills the available $100 and the total above 100% is shown below.
