THE 2025 MEETING OFFERED PHYSICIANS WHO ATTENDED UP to 7.25 CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION CREDITS. THERE WERE 88 PHYSICIAN ATTENDEES AT THE 2025 MEETING. 2. THE ACADEMY PRODUCES TWO NEWSLETTERS A YEAR THAT CONTAIN SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES SUBMITTED BY MEMBERS, REPORTS FROM THE PENNSYLVANIA MEDICAL SOCIETY and AMERICAN ACADEMY of OTOLARYNGOLOGY HEAD and NECK SURGERY, and LEGISLATIVE UPDATES. 3. THE ACADEMY ENGAGES IN DIALOGUE WITH THIRD-PARTY PAYERS ON REIMBURSEMENT ISSUES IMPACTING THE PRACTICE of OTOLARYNGOLOGY. A REPRESENTATIVE of THE PAO-HNS SERVES ON THE REGIONAL MEDICARE CONTRACTOR ADVISORY COMMITTEE and OFFERS COMMENTS ON POLICIES RELATED to THE SPECIALTY.
