ITS MISSION is to EMPOWER LIFELONG LEARNING BY MEETING THE COMMUNITYS NEEDS THROUGH ROBUST, HIGH-QUALITY, and DIVERSE COLLECTIONS, PROGRAMS, and SERVICES.
