THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES for DIRECT RENT SUBSIDY PAYMENTS to THE ORGANIZATION ON BEHALF of CERTAIN TENANTS WHO QUALIFY UNDER THE PROGRAMS RULES. THE ORGANIZATION is PART of A CONTROLLED GROUP, WHICH ISSUES CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS and INCLUDES THE ORGANIZATION and CHILDREN and ADULT DISABILITY and EDUCATIONAL SERVICES.
