DCMS ALSO USES E-NEWSLETTERS and EMAIL BLASTS to ADVISE ITS MEMBERS of NEWS, UPCOMING EVENTS and CALLS to ACTION. DCMS MAINTAINS A WEBSITE WHICH PROVIDES RESOURCES for MEMBERS and THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
