VAAS GOAL is to RECOGNIZE THE IMPORTANCE of ALL PARTICIPANTS and to CONDUCT OUR PROGRAMS IN A MANNER THAT PROVIDES THE OPPORTUNITY for THE DEVELOPMENT of ALL PARTICIPANTS.
