OCA CHAPTERS and COLLEGE AFFILIATES ARE ESTABLISHING STRONG LOCAL PROGRAMS IN ALL PARTS of THE COUNTRY. OCAS HEADQUARTERS IN WASHINGTON, DC GIVES THE NATIONAL CENTER AN EFFECTIVE VANTAGE POINT for MONITORING LEGISLATION and POLICY ISSUES AFFECTING ASIAN-PACIFIC AMERICANS.
