THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH WAS ENTERED INTO IN ACCORDANCE WITH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE UNION and VARIOUS EMPLOYERS, PROVIDES for CONTRIBUTIONS BY THE EMPLOYERS to A TRUST to PROVIDE HEALTH and WELFARE COVERAGE for THEIR EMPLOYEES.
