THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION is to DEVELOP YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE SELF DIRECTED LIFE LONG LEADERS and LEARNERS; to PROMOTE and PROVIDE THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS and POSITIVE LEADERSHIP TRAITS; to PROVIDE A SAFE, HEALTHY and PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT; to BE A RESOURCE to EMPOWER GOOD WORK ETHICS IN YOUNG LEADERS; and to EMPOWER STUDENT LEADERSHIP THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH PARENTS, YOUTH GROUPS, KIWANIS CLUBS IN THE SOUTHWEST DISTRICT and THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, and INDIVIDUALS WHO WANT A PRODUCTIVE FUTURE for OUR YOUTH.
