THE PRA MAINTAINS REGIONAL DATA, DEMOGRAPHICS and REAL ESTATE DATABASES. THE PRA ALSO PROVIDES PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDING SITE LOCATION ASSISTANCE, GLOBAL BUSINESS ASSISTANCE, ACCESS to FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, TALENT ATTRACTION and RETENTION, PEER EXECUTIVE MEETINGS and MARKET RESEARCH and ANALYSIS to BUSINESS EXECUTIVES CONSIDERING INVESTING IN SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA.
