THIS WAS NECESSARY AS THE CORPORATION HAS ALSO UPDATED ITS ORGANIZATIONAL PURPOSE to REFLECT ITS CONTINUED OPERATION AS A CHARITABLE and EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION PROVIDING SUPPLEMENTAL EDUCATIONAL SERVICES, INCLUDING TUTORING, ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMING, EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS and INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT for HOMESCHOOL FAMILIES. IT WILL NO LONGER OPERATE AS A PRIVATE SCHOOL. ATTACHED to THIS RETURN ARE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS: 1. CERTIFICATE of AMENDMENT of ARTICLES of INCORPORATION of BIGHTON HALL 2.
