Phase 2: The Second Phase Offered A Workshop Series That Introduced Students to STEAM Careers At Netflix. Participants Explored Topics Such As Careers In Product Management, UX Design, and Advertising Strategies. The Workshops Featured STEAM-related Stories, Q&A Sessions With Netflix Guest Speakers, and Insights From STGAs Near-peer College Interns. Students Participated In Engaging Hands-on Activities and Received Rewards, Including Gift Cards and Table
