THIS MAY INCLUDE IN-HOUSE STAFF MEMBERS SKILLED IN LEGAL MATTERS of IMMIGRATION, or IT WILL AT LEAST OFFER INFORMATION for SUCH INDIVIDUALS. SECOND, THE CENTER WILL SERVE AS AN EDUCATIONAL FACILITY. THIS MAY INCLUDE OFFERING ESL(ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE) and FOREIGH LANGUAGE CLASSES, LECTURES and DEBATES.
