CONTINUING EDUCATION - IN 2024, NETWORKPENINSULA CONTINUED ITS PARTNERSHIP WITH THE BERNARDINE FRANCISCAN SISTERS FOUNDATION to PROVIDE TWO ENTREPRENEURIAL COHORTS to SIX NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR and AT LEAST ONE BOARD MEMBER WERE REQUIRED to ATTEND THIS 4-WEEK COHORT WHICH INCLUDED EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS, MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES, FOLLOW-ON CALLS, and OPPORTUNITIES to CREATE NEW REVENUE STREAMS for THEIR NONPROFIT. ALSO IN 2024, NETWORKPENINSULA LAUNCHED ITS INAUGURAL LEADERSHIP SERIES for CURRENT NONPROFIT EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS and EMERGING LEADERS. THIS 5 MONTH PROGRAM INCLUDED LARGE GROUP MEETINGS WITH SPEAKERS IN THE AREAS of BOARD DEVELOPMENT, PERSONAL LEADERSHIP, HUMAN RESOURCES and FISCAL MANAGEMENT; SMALL GROUP SESSIONS WITH GUIDED DISCUSSION BY PROFESSIONAL COACHES; and ONE-ON ONE PROFESSIONAL COACHING ON LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS. 22 NONPROFIT STAFF MEMBERS and EXECUTIVES REPRESENTING 18 DIFFERENT NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS COMPLETED THE PROGRAM.
