Eye Examinations and Ete Surgeries Will Be Provided By An Licensed Eye Care Provider At The Offices of Shoreline Ophthalmology, PC, 1266 East Sherman Blvd.,, Muskegon, Michigan 49444. The Licensed Eye Care Provixders Who Examine Those Persons Will Be Volunteers.
