Professional Development (PD) - Training for Classroom Teachers, Teaching Artists, Arts-education Specialists and Students. Participants Are Taught How to Engage With Young People, Students and Community Members Through Arts-integrated Curriculum Development and Classroom Implementation Aimed At Enhancing Youth and Student Learning. PD is Conducted By Co-Founder and Principal Laura Schandelmeier and is Conducted Both Virtually and In Person. PD is Funded By Fees for Contracted Services. Approximately 63% of The Organizations Overall Expenses Are Allocated to PD. PD Supports Front-line Educators By Providing Professional Development That Contributes to The Elimination of Community Deterioration and The Elimination of Juvenile Delinquency Through Impactful Cultural Activities. CLASSROOM RESIDENCIES Provided 14 Residencies and Served Over 20 Classroom Pre-K Teachers In Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC; and Their Students.
